Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our platform. This document defines the relationship between you and vrickex.

General Provisions

1.1 Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the vrickex platform and all of its services. When you open an account on vrickex, browse our website, or play any game, you automatically agree to these Terms. These Terms form a legal agreement between you and the vrickex platform.

1.2 Interpretation and Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to the vrickex website, mobile version, and other digital channels.
  • "User" or "Player" refers to any registered account holder.
  • "Service" refers to all gaming, betting, and financial activities available on vrickex.
  • "Bet" refers to placing money on any game or event.

1.3 Applicable Law

These Terms will be governed in accordance with the laws in force in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, both parties will attempt to resolve it through mutual discussion. vrickex will always publish the latest version of these Terms on its platform.

Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility for Registration

To open an account on vrickex, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • You must provide accurate and complete personal information.
  • You may only operate one account.
  • You must have a valid payment method registered in your own name.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true and accurate. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds. vrickex may request documents for identity verification when necessary.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Never share your account with a third party. In the event of unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

vrickex follows the Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure safe gaming. For large withdrawals or suspicious activity, we may request a national ID card, passport, or other documents. Withdrawals may be held until KYC is completed.

Age Restrictions

3.1 Minimum Age Requirement

vrickex strictly prohibits providing services to anyone under the age of 21. We take all necessary steps to verify age at the time of registration. If someone registers with a false age and this is later proven, their account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will be forfeited.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on vrickex: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly, though bank transfers may take some time.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.

  • KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity.

4.3 Payment Verification

vrickex only accepts payment methods registered in the user's own name. Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Violations of this rule may result in the account being placed under investigation.

Currency and Tax

vrickex processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Tax obligations rest entirely with the user. vrickex does not deduct any tax and is not able to provide advice on personal tax matters.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

vrickex offers newly registered users a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

  • ৳1,000 deposited → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200
  • ৳14,000 deposited → ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳22,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing bonus funds, a 20x wagering requirement must be met. That means for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered. Slot games generally contribute 100% toward wagering calculations; different rates may apply for other games.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each user may use each promotion only once.
  • Bonus funds cannot be directly transferred to another account.
  • vrickex reserves the right to change or withdraw bonus offers at any time.
  • Attempting to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts is a punishable offense.
  • Bonuses have a set expiry date; unused bonuses will be cancelled after they expire.

5.4 VIP Program

The vrickex VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. You can move up to higher tiers by playing regularly.

  • Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
  • Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

vrickex uses international-standard Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play. All game outcomes are completely random and no manipulation is possible on the part of the platform.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are clearly stated in the game interface. vrickex reserves the right to set individual betting limits when necessary.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, vrickex will attempt to refund the bet for that round. However, vrickex is not responsible for issues with the user's own device, including network disruptions.

Prohibited Activities

7.1 List of Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

  • Opening or operating multiple accounts.
  • Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage.
  • Playing games using automated bots or scripts.
  • Attempting money laundering or illegal payment processing.
  • Harassing or defrauding other users.
  • Attempting to compromise the platform's security systems.
  • Operating an account under a false identity.
Serious Violations

If any of the above prohibited activities are confirmed, vrickex may close the account and forfeit any deposited funds without prior notice. Illegal activities may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Rights of vrickex

vrickex may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account in the following circumstances:

  • In cases of violation of the Terms.
  • In cases of suspicious financial activity.
  • In cases of failure to complete information verification.
  • In cases of prolonged inactivity.
  • At the user's own request.

8.2 User Rights

You may request to close your account at any time. Please contact us via live chat or email for this. It is possible to withdraw any valid balance before closing the account.

9.1 Data Collection

vrickex uses SSL encryption technology for the collection and processing of users' personal information. The information we collect includes name, national ID number, mobile number, email, and transaction details.

vrickex reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will notify users via email or a notification on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13.2 Severability

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. A delay or failure to enforce any provision of the terms will not be considered a waiver of that right.
